One Group - Four Group Divisions |

Voith is divided into four group divisions. The Board of Management of the holding company, Voith GmbH, determines and is responsible for the general corporate strategy at Voith. Advisory and supervisory committees consist of the Shareholders' Committee and the Supervisory Board.
